When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide in the form — typically your name, business email, company name, country, and the details of your sourcing requirement or supply opportunity. We do not ask for payment card details or sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to send them.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, assess commercial fit, research relevant counterparties, and — where appropriate and with the context of your enquiry — facilitate an introduction. We do not sell your information.

How it is handled

• Enquiries are delivered to our business inbox by email.
• Access is limited to those handling your enquiry.
• We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law.
• We share details with a potential counterparty only in the context of a relevant introduction, and only as needed to progress it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing abhiram@influxmobility.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
